Sylvain Brouard is a Visiting Scholar at the Center for American Politics and Public Policy and a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre de Recherches Politiques de Sciences Po (Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques), where he received his PhD in Political Science in 1999. Brouard has authored numerous articles and books on the European Union and Has also presented at various conferences throughout the world.
